Return Policy
Damaged/Defective Product -If you notice an issue on a product or anything else on the order, please contact us at ‘contacthopscotchsongs@gmail.com’ and include a picture so we can make it right. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
Lost Packages - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at Printful’s expense. Email ‘contacthopscotchsongs@gmail.com’ for inquiries.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and you will be responsible for providing a correct address and paying for reshipment.
Returned by Customer - Please contact us before returning any products at ‘contacthopscotchsongs@gmail.com’. We only accept returns in the case of a size exchange. Return the product to the address on the package and place a new order if exchanging for a different size. Size guides are included at the bottom of each product listing. The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees. Card processing fees will not be refunded for full or partial refunds.
